SHIPPING COSTS:

ECOALF charges a fixed amount regardless of the number of products sent at any one time. The amount depends on the destination country. This charge is always shown in the web site Shopping Basket before you finalise your purchase. Our shipping costs are:

 Spain: 7,95€

United Kingdom: 9,95 GBP

Rest of Europe: 9,95€

 

HOW DO WE DELIVER?

ECOALF delivers to any address in Spain, the rest of the EU (and soon, the United States). The times given for delivery are for guidance purposes only and vary according to the destination. When you make your purchase, it is vital that you provide full address details and the name of the person accepting the delivery. You must give a contact telephone number so that we can ensure a proper delivery. We do not send goods to mail boxes.

 

DELIVERY TIMES:

Delivery in mainland Spain is usually between 24 and 48 working hours after purchase. ECOALF always tries to deliver orders as swiftly as possible, but this may take a little longer in certain remote areas. In the rest of Europe and The Continental U.S., deliveries usually take between 2 – 5 working days. These times are for guidance purposes only. Goods are dispatched from the warehouse on working days from Monday to Friday.

 

ARE ALL THE PRODUCTS SHOWN AS “AVAILABLE” ON THE WEB SITE ACTUALLY IN STOCK?

Unless there are technical problems, the products shown as available in our web site (and thus which can be added to your Shopping Basket) are ready in our warehouse for immediate dispatch. If there are any problems, ECOALF will contact the customer as soon as possible to solve them.

 

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:

What should I do if have any problem with an item?

ECOALF seeks to maximise customer satisfaction as part of its commitment to sustainability. All our products meet the highest quality standards and are checked before sending.

However, if you notice a manufacturing defect when you receive your order, please send as an email to contacto@ecoalf.com. We'll do our best to solve your problem as soon as possible.



What happens if I have made a mistake with the garment size?

At ECOALF, we try to keep shipments to a minimum to avoid unnecessary damage to the environment. That is why we ask you to consult the SIZE GUIDE, which is shown in all the product fact sheets. Even so, if after receiving the goods (and within 7 days of receipt) you wish to change the size, you must send an e-mail to contacto@ecoalf.com informing us of the change and requesting a new size. Once we replied you, you have 7 days to send us the unused product — in its original packaging, with its labels intact— to the following address:

Once we have received and checked the product’s condition, we will send you the new size you have requested without making any additional shipping charges.



What happens if I do not like a product?

If after receiving the goods (and within 7 days of receipt) you don't like one of our products, you must send an e-mail to contacto@ecoalf.com informing us of the reasons for the return. Once you receive our reply, you will have 7 days to return the item. The returned product must be in perfect, unused condition — in its original packaging, and with its labels and seals intact — and in the same state in which it was delivered. You must send the product to the following address:

Once we have received and checked the product’s condition, we will reimburse your credit card or PayPal account with the purchase price less the shipping charge.

At ECOALF, we do not accept returns sent Cash-on-Delivery (C.O.D.).
