Returns have no extra cost.

Purchases may be returned within 30 days from the order's delivery date.

ECOALF will refund the import of the returned product/s through the same payment method used by the client to make the purchase. Only the initial shipping costs of the order will be deducted from the refund since they were initially required to make the package arrive to its destination.

Think Responsibly, Act Accordingly.

Ecoalf will, of course, accept returns of its products. But we much rather prefer our customers making the right product choice in the first place.

The return process involves a long procedure that diminishes our main goal: to take care of the planet. 

REpacking (more paper) and REdelivering (more gas emissions) are only two of the negatives of the impactful return process, which prevent Ecoalf from being as sustainable as it is committed to.

So please think twice before purchasing an Ecoalf product, thank you.

How to ask for a return?

To process a return two steps are necessary:

  1. Notify the return from your customer area
  2. Set up the return with the corresponding transportation company.

1. Notify the return from your customer area

  Step 1: Enter your client area. To access the client area click  here  and use your username and password. 

  If you do not remember your password, enter the email with which you placed the order and click on "remember password". We will send you an email to retrieve it.

  Step 2: Access the section "Order Details and Return requests" that you will find on the left side of your customer area. 

  Step 3: Find the order on which you want to make a return and click on “Order data / Request refund”.

  Step 4: Select the box of the product or products you want to return.

  Step 5: Select a reason for the return in the box below the product list.

  Step 6: Click on “Request a refund.”

  Once this process is finished, we will have received your return request and you will be able to proceed to step 2. Request a pickup with the corresponding transportation company. It is not necessary to wait to receive a confirmation of step 1. from our side. 

2. Set up the return with the corresponding transportation company.

  Follow the instructions listed below according to the carrier that delivered your order. If you do not know who was the carrier of your order you can find it in the data of your order within the customer area.

  DHL Express

  You can bring your package to the nearest DHL Express collection point using the return label that came inside of the package.

  IMPORTANT: Not all DHL service points will accept returns with a prepaid label. Use the following link to choose your country, the postal code, indicate you wish to "Send a Shipment" and choose the first option "I have a shipment with a DHL label" so the locator shows all of the available offices near you: DHL Express Collection Points

  If you rather request the pickup, follow the instructions below:

  1º Go to this link to start the process: Schedule Pickup DHL

  2º Be sure to select your country and language in the upper right corner of the website.

  3º  Click on the box “I already have a shipping label attached to my package” on the right where it says "No"

  4º Select “I have a DHL Waybill Number” in the drop-down menu.

  5º Enter the AWB number you will find on your return label and press next.

  6º Select the time slot you want and press next.

  7º Prepare the package with the garment/s inside sticking the return label on the outside of the box and give it to the carrier.

  UPS

  You can bring your package to the nearest UPS office using the return label that came inside your package.

  If you prefer to request the pickup, follow the instructions below:

  1º Call your nearest local UPS office and they will schedule a pickup for you.

  2º Prepare the package with the garment/s inside sticking the return label on the outside of the box and give it to the carrier.

  KOIKI

  Prepare your package sticking the return label you received with the order outside of the box.

  Once prepared, you can bring it to your closest DHL Parcel office. Use the following link to choose your country and postal code so the locator shows all the available collection points near you: DHL Parcel Collection Points

 

  SENDING

  1º Go to devoluciones.sending.es

  2º Enter the issue number and the pin that you will find on the label you received inside the box where you received the order.

  3º Close the box and paste the label with the barcode on the box to deliver it to the carrier.
