Ecoalf guarantees the protection of all personal data provided through its Website, in compliance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/979 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data.
The purpose of these General Conditions is to regulate access to and use of the Website and the contents presented therein. Access to the Website and the use of its contents and services by any person (the "User" or "Users") implies full and unreserved adherence to the General Conditions published on the Website at the time the User accesses it, and the User undertakes to comply with the provisions laid down therein and any other applicable provisions.

iii. User interested in receiving the EcoalfNewsletter:
- Periodic sending of the Newsletter, informational circulars and news alerts.
- Advertising information and news regarding Website contents linked to Ecoalf products, offers, competitions, raffles and promotions.
The data collected may also be used to carry out promotional and advertising activities for the products and services of Ecoalf or third parties collaborating with the Website, by any means, especially sending e-mails, without prejudice to the case set out in point iii. above, and provided that the User has given his/her express consent. Such promotional messages shall bear the "advertising" identification and in them the User may or may not express his/her wish to receive them. Promotional and advertising activities may include information on products or services relating to other companies in the decoration, textiles, fashion, clothing and clothing accessories, household goods, cosmetics, leather goods and jewellery sectors, as well as information on competitions, raffles and promotions related to the products and services referred to.
This data will be entered in the Processing Activity Log. You can exercise your ARCO rights (Access, Rectification, Cancellation, Opposition), Limitation of processing, Portability and Deletion of your data by writing to the Data Controller of personal data, Ecoalf, at its offices located at Calle Hortaleza, 116, C.P. 28004, Madrid, for the attention of the Legal Department. Without prejudice to the aforementioned rights, users shall also have the right to make any complaints they deem appropriate to the supervisory authority.
The personal data provided will be retained whilst no deletion is requested. The data will be deleted from our servers once requested by the data subject.
Ecoalf will not disclose the data provided to third parties without the express prior consent of the data subject or through judicial authorisation.
The User undertakes, under his or her own responsibility, including, but not limited to, the following: (i) to make diligent use of the Website, the Content and/or Services in accordance with the law, morality, good customs and public order; (ii) to make diligent use of their user name and password and to keep both secret; (iii) to notify impersonation by third parties; (iv) not to misrepresent their identity or that of a third party; (v) not to damage, render useless or deteriorate the Ecoalf Website and the Content and/or Services, or the computer systems or those of third parties.
ECOALF informs that the information provided by children will be lawful when they are over 16 years old or, when they are under 16 years old, the consent is given or authorised by the holder of parental authority or guardianship over the child and only to the extent that they gave or authorised it. It should be noted that the age of 16 years may be changed by Member States but may not be less than 13 years.
ECOALF has adopted and maintains the necessary technical and organisational security measures to protect the personal information that users provide in order to prevent its alteration, loss, unauthorised processing or access, taking into account the state of technology, nature of the data stored and risks to which it is exposed.
However, please bear in mind that no Internet transmission is 100% secure and that even stored data is not invulnerable. We cannot guarantee the security of our Websites, databases or services, nor can we guarantee that the information you send us will not be intercepted while you are transmitting it to us over the Internet. We are not responsible for the actions of third parties.
All notifications, requirements, agreements, consents, acceptances, approvals or communications that are necessary in accordance with the provisions of these General Conditions or that, in one way or another, are related to it, must be made in writing, and sent to ECOALF by mail to Calle Hortaleza, 116, , C.P. 28004, Madrid, for the attention of the Legal Department.
