In the event of incidents affecting the delivery or availability of the order, Ecoalf will proactively inform the customer, indicating the nature of the incident, the expected impact and the available options, including the right to reimbursement where applicable.
Ecoalf’s Customer Service will process your complaint, which will be registered with an identification code and answered as soon as possible, and in any case within a maximum period of 30 working days from receipt. Ecoalf will provide the customer with an acknowledgement of receipt or proof of the complaint submitted, allowing its tracking until resolution. If the complaint is not resolved or is not resolved satisfactorily, the customer will be informed of the available alternative complaint procedures.
