Shopping at Ecoalf is very simple, you only have to follow the next steps:

  • 1. Visualise the section where you may find what you are looking for or visit our inspiration area.
  • 2. Choose the product of your interest from the main list.
  • 3. Pick the size that you want and add the item to your shopping cart.
  • 4. Go to your cart in order to finalise your purchase or continue shopping for more garments of your liking (repeat steps 1, 2 and 3 and add to cart).

  • 5. If you are not registered, fill in your billing details and if they match the shipping details, tick the box. If you are already registered, fill in your username and password.

  • 6. You can receive your package at the address you want (home, work, not post offices).

  • 7. Select your payment method: your order will be processed through your preferred platform.

  • 8. Finalise the process with your payment by PayPal, credit card or InstantCredit.

  • 9. Congratulations! Your order is complete. You will receive an email confirming your purchase and as soon as the package is dispatched from our warehouse, a second one with the UPS/DHL/Sending tracking number (don’t worry, the delivery trucks won’t leave the warehouse instantly, so if you wish to modify something, contact us as soon as possible and we may be able to change it).

For any information regarding the size of the products, we recommend you to check our online sizing guide that appears below the “Add to Cart” button. Here, select the size according to your measurements. If you have any doubts about the exact sizing of a specific garment, do not hesitate to ask us and we will send you the details.

Where can you buy from our online store?

What languages can you browse in?

The browsing languages available are: Spanish, English, French and German.

Can I unsubscribe from the newsletter?

When you received the confirmation email once you subscribed, you will find a link that allows you to unsubscribe. You can also unsubscribe from the newsletter by clicking the footer that will redirect you to Mailchimp.

Can I remove an item from my cart?

Yes, once you are in your cart, you will be able to remove any items you don’t want as long as you haven’t processed your payment yet. If you have, you will need to wait to return it as soon as you get your package.


What are the different payment methods available?

We offer the following methods of payment: VISA, VISA ELECTRON, 4B and MASTERCARD, PayPal as well as deferred payments via Instant Credit.

For what reasons can my credit card be denied/rejected?

Your credit card may be denied for one of the following reasons:

  • The card can be expired. Please make sure that your card does not exceed the validity date.

  • You may have reached the card's credit limit. Contact your bank to confirm your card has not exceeded the limit amount permitted to make a purchase.

  • It's possible that something is not filled in correctly. Verify that you filled in all the necessary fields.

Is it safe to use my credit card on the Ecoalf website?

Yes, it is safe given that the transaction is processed using the secure protocol SSL connecting with an official banking payment gateway. None of your details will remain stored in our system.


Where can I receive my package?

We can deliver your package to any address that you want (house, work, school & others)

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

  • For shipping within Spain, the approximate delivery term is from 1 to 3 business days.

  • For shipping outside of Spain, the approximate delivery term is 2 to 5 business days.

  • Take into account that we don’t deliver on weekends and holidays so if your delivery date includes the weekend it will take 2 days longer!

  • Delivery time for customized products is between 1 and 2 weeks. 

What are the shipping costs?

The shipping costs of your order are:

  • Within Spain: free

  • In the UK: £15.00 

  • Other European countries: €15.00 

  • Rest of the world: $30.00 / 30,00 €

(currencies other than Dollars or Pounds will be charged in Euros)

Shipping is free on orders over €150 in Europe with the exception of Switzerland, United Kingdom, Andorra, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Gibraltar, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Monaco, Norway, Turkey and Ukraine.

Can I track my package?

Yes, you will be able to track your package at every stage, from the order confirmation to the delivery. You can track it from ‘My account’ or through a link to the delivery company included in the confirmation email, depending on the order details.

Exchanges and returns

Can I exchange my item for any other one?

No, we can’t accept any exchanges. You will have to request a return and buy the new item.

Are there any extra costs in order to request a return?

Returns are free of charge.

In case of a return considering the right of withdrawal (change of opinion about the purchase, given that it’s permitted): ECOALF will proceed to reimburse you the full amount, using the same payment method that you chose to make the purchase in the first place, excluding the shipping costs that were initially paid by the Client.

What is the return period?

The return period is 60 days that will start counting from the day of delivery of the order for orders made between November 1 and January 31.

How can I return an item?

If your order was delivered to you via DHL Express or UPS, in order to send us your package you just need to prepare the box with the item inside, close it with tape, and stick the return label that you received with the order on the outside.

Once the package is ready you will have 2 options:

1- Dropping off the package in your nearest DHL Express or UPS office, depending on who delivered the package.

2- Setting up a pickup using the waybill number in your return label and accessing the corresponding courier’s website to request it.

If at any time the shipping office requires payment of any shipping charges, please contact us before making any payment. Never pay shipping costs without contacting us first, our returns are ALWAYS at our expense.

Can I return any item?

Yes, you can return any item (except for unisex masks; for higienic reasons we cannot accept returns for them and personalized products) if it’s in perfect conditions, including accessories, and preferably in the original packaging.

When will I get reimbursed?

Once we have received your package at our warehouse and after they are checked the condition of the garments, we will proceed to refund you the full amount using the payment method you chose when placing your order. This process can take from 7 to 10 days once your order has reached our warehouse.
