Returns Process

Returns are free.

The return period is 60 days from the date of the shipment of the order.

ECOALF will proceed to return the amount of the returned product/s through the same payment method that was used by the Client to make the purchase. The return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

Think responsibly. Act appropiately. 

At Ecoalf, we accept returns, but we would much prefer it if you get it right the first time.   

When returning one item, this can be quite a lengthy process, and as a result, this moves us further away from our main goal: caring for the planet. 

Repackaging it and resending it (thereby producing a larger emission of gases) are just some of the negative points of this process, and this prevents us from remaining sustainable, which, ideally, is what we would like. So, before you order an item, please think twice about it.

*We do not accept returns of the following items: face masks, bottles or personalised products*

How to make a return

 Follow the instructions that are detailed below:

  • We do not accept returns of orders made through our online shop.
  • If you would like to return an item and receive a refund for your online order, you will have to process your return through our returns portal, click here  

 Through our returns portal, you will have to:

1-Select the item/s you wish to return.

2-Select the reason why you wish to return your item/s.

3-Select “request return”.

4-Check that all of the information is correct and press send.

5-Lastly, print the returns label and follow the instructions.

6-Finally, take the package to your nearest* DHL depot, ensuring that the items are packaged securely.

 *To find your nearest DHL Depot (Spain and Europe), visit:  DHL Express Collection Points: *important: Not all DHL points will accept the return of goods with prepaid shipping labels.
