The linen Miel Trousers are made of 61% organic cotton. High-waisted. Front pleats and belt loops. Side pockets and zip fly with a button on the waistband.

Main fabric: 61% Organic Cotton / 21% Linen / 18% TENCEL™ LYOCELL

Organic cotton cultivation avoids using pesticides and fertilisers that are potentially harmful to health and the environment, as well as staying away from genetically modified seeds, striving to curb biodiversity loss.

Linen, unlike cotton, can be grown with just rainwater in most cases, thereby significantly reducing its water footprint. It is also a plant that is resistant to infestations and diseases, thereby reducing the use of pesticides and fertilisers. It adapts well to poor soil and can be grown in soil that is unsuitable for other food crops. It is often grown in crop rotation, improving the health of the soil. It is biodegradable and compostable if it isn’t mixed with synthetic fibres. What’s more, the entire plant can be used. Linen garments are tough, increasing their lifecycle.
