OUR LOW-IMPACT SPACE IN THE HEART OF BOLZANO

Our store in Bolzano is part of WaltherPark, a new urban district that connects people, nature, and everyday life in the city center. Located between the train station and Waltherplatz, this open and contemporary environment reflects our approach to retail: spaces designed to last, built with consistency and responsible materials.

The architectural project of the district, designed by David Chipperfield, focuses on clean lines, natural materials, and respectful integration with the Alpine landscape. Our store joins this vision with a warm and functional interior, where wood and recycled wood play a leading role.

Thanks to this approach, we have achieved a very low carbon footprint of only 19.66 kg CO₂ eq per m², placing it among the best Ecoalf shopfits. The careful selection of materials, the extensive use of wood and reused elements, and an optimized design allow us to offset much of the impact associated with construction.

For us, each store is an extension of our philosophy: proving that design, innovation, and lower environmental impact can go hand in hand.
