International style icon Lapo Elkann and sustainable lifestyle brand Ecoalf have teamed up to design a limited-edition contemporary suit collection that brings style, elegance, and class to sustainability.

Made with Econyl® recycled nylon from discarded fishing nets, fabric scraps, and carpets destined for landfills, these technical suits help reduce CO2 emissions and marine pollution since it’s the synthetic material that releases the least amount of microplastics.

Genderless and lightweight, but also elastic and comfortable, these suits are designed for those who live an active urban lifestyle, for the smart traveler that is constantly on the go.

Lapo Elkann´s legacy is in the pursuit of purpose driven design and innovations developing high quality products to embrace a sustainable lifestyle for the current and future generations.

The limited edition features two suits: the Lapo suit, with an elegant and technical design and the Laps suit, representative of his iconic style with vivid and lively colors. The collection is made in Portugal with the distinctive Italian style.

LAPO SUIT

The Limited Edition was presented in Garage Italia, the iconic creative center designed by Lapo where innovation and design come together to introduce the collaboration between Ecoalf and Lapo. A colorful and vibrating evening with Italian stylists, designers, press and friends.  

In Garage Italia Lapo gave life to the Fiat 500 Spiaggina and created the Vespa 50 Special-e, as part of the ICON-E series that restores Italian design classics in electric versions.
