Shipping policy

The delivery period will be a maximum of 30 calendar days from the completion of the purchase. The delivery of the orders will be made at the address indicated by the client, taking into account the following characteristics:

5.1 Home delivery:

Standard shipping: The customer must pay the transport costs: €4.5 in Spain, €15 in Europe and €30 in the rest of the countries.

-In the case of shipments to Ceuta and Melilla, the customer must not pay the customs expenses and taxes generated by the order. 

-In the case of shipments to the Canary Islands, the customer must not pay the management costs at the Customs office that generates the order. These expenses are paid at the time the payment of the order is processed. 

The address indicated by the client may be a home address, a place of work or any other address indicated. The billing address and shipping address do not need to match. Our transport provider will send an email or SMS (if you have provided a contact mobile number in your order) indicating the day the delivery will be made and making it possible to change the delivery date. On the same day that the delivery is scheduled, our transport provider will send an email or SMS (if you have provided a contact mobile in your order) informing of the approximate delivery time.

5.2 Incidents in the delivery: In case of not being able to make the delivery due to the absence of the recipient, the transport agency will leave an indicative note and will try to contact the recipient by phone. After two failed attempts, the customer must contact the transport agency to proceed with the delivery.
