2015 ECOALF FOUNDATION BEGINS
The Foundation is a space for innovation in the circular economy, with a clear vocation for ocean preservation and a partnership-based methodology.
BECAUSE THERE IS NO PLANET B® COLLECTION
Over 1 million people have joined the movement. For each Because There is no Planet B® item sold, 10% is donated to Ecoalf Foundation. For every 1€ donated we remove 1kg of waste.

UPCYCLING THE OCEANS
A worldwide adventure that has resulted in collaborating with the fishing industry to clean up the oceans, give a second life to recovered marine waste and raise awareness of the problem in order to prevent it
WE HAVE REMOVED
+1,700 TONNES OF THE WASTE FROM THE BOTTOM OF OCEAN
In collaboration with +4,000 fishermen across +72 ports around the Mediterranean Sea.
WE TRANSFORM THE RECOVERED
PLASTIC BOTTLES INTO OUR OCEAN YARN
We transform it into a high-quality recycled polyester yarn, which we use to create our top-quality garments, accessories and footwear.
SINCE 2009 WE HAVE DEVELOPED

By using these innovative and low-impact materials across our collections, we have recycled over 300 million plastic bottles, we have saved over 54 billion liters of water and reduced C02 emissions by +12,500 tonnes.

In iconic cities like Milan, Paris, Tokio, Madrid and Barcelona, including our first carbon neutral store and using the latest 3D printing technology. We are also in +1,200 multi-brand stores across the world.
