Returns and Exchanges Process
The return and exchange period is 30 days starting from the day of delivery of the order.
ECOALF will proceed to refund the amount of the returned product/s, through the same means of payment by which the purchase was made by the Customer, deducting only the shipping costs of the order initially paid.
Please note that you can only exchange an item for the same one in a different size or color.
If you are buying our products is because you care about the planet as much as we do. We have designed, produced and transported them to have the minimum impact, will you help us to continue reducing CO2 emissions by avoiding returns? Thank you for being part of the change.
- Returns: 2€ in Spain, Peninsula and Balearic Islands.
- Returns: 4€ in Europe (including Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla).
- Returns: 6€ in the rest of the world.
In case of exchanges, the return will be free and the shipping of the new item will be charged.
We do not accept returns of bottles, personalized products, or any product of the Wellness line.
How to make a return or an exchange
Follow the instructions that are detailed below:
- Online orders can be returned in our physical stores, except outlets and El Corte Inglés.
- If you would like to return or exchange an item and receive a refund for your online order, you will have to process your return through our returns portal, click here
Through our returns portal, you will have to:
1-Select the item/s you wish to return or exchange.
2-Select the reason why you wish to return or exchange your item/s.
3-Select “request return”.
4-Check that all of the information is correct and press send.
5-Lastly, print the returns label and follow the instructions.
6-Finally, take the package to your nearest drop off point* ensuring that the items are packaged securely.
7-If you have requested an exchange you will receive the new product in 24/48 hours in Spain or 3 to 5 business days in the rest of the world, after you placed the request.
In Spain (the Peninsula and the Balearic Islands), you can return your item in whatever way is most convenient for you:
1. Drop-off at a Post Office
- Once you request a return, you’ll receive the shipping label via email.
- Prepare and securely pack the package.
- Go to any Post Office and show the barcode.
- You don’t need to print the label; you can show it on your phone.
- The staff at the Post Office will label your return package
2. Home pickup
- After requesting a return, you’ll receive a reference number via email.
- Go to the Correos Express website and choose the day and time slot that best suit you (morning or afternoon).
- Please note that the delivery person will make only one pickup attempt, so it’s important that the package is ready and someone is available to hand it over.
In Europe, to send your return, take your package to the nearest point depending on the carrier: Austrian Post in Austria, Bpost in Belgium, Ceska Posta in Czech Republic, Post Denmark in Denmark, Suomen Post in Finland, LaPoste in France, Deutsche Post in Germany, Hellenic Post in Greece, Hungary Post in Hungary, AnPost in Ireland, SDA in Italy, Luxembourg Post in Luxembourg, PostNL in the Netherlands, InPost in Poland, CTT in Portugal, Slovakian Post in Slovakia, Sweden Post in Sweden.
