Returns Process

Returns do not have any additional cost.

The return period is 30 days that will begin to count from the day of delivery of the order.

ECOALF will proceed to refund the amount of the product(s) returned, through the same means of payment by which the purchase was made by the Customer, discounting only the shipping costs of the order initially paid, since they are necessary to send the package at first.

Think responsibly, act accordingly

In Ecoalf we accept returns, but we are more in favor of getting them right the first time.

The process of returning a garment involves a long process that takes us away from our main goal: to take care of the planet.

Repackaging it (more paper) and forwarding it (a greater emission of gases) are just some of the negative points of the process, and prevent us from being as sustainable as we would like.

So before you order a garment, think twice.

FOR HYGIENE REASONS WE CANNOT ACCEPT RETURNS OF UNISEX MASKS OR PERSONALIZED PRODUCTS

How to request a return

Follow the instructions below depending on the carrier that delivered your order. If you do not know which is the carrier you can see it in the data of your order within the customer area.


DHL Express

Returns will not be accepted in the online order store.

From the moment you receive your items, you will have 30 days to return them.

If you wish to return and receive a refund for your online order, you will have to process your return through the return portal, click here

Through the returns portal you will have to:

1-Select the item(s) to be returned.

2-Select the reason or reason why you want to return the item(s).

3-Select "request return" .

4-Check that all the information is correct and press send.

5-Finally, click "Print return label" and follow the instructions, which mention that you must print said return label

6-Finally, take the package to your nearest DHL office*, making sure the items are securely packaged.

Please note that the returns process can be up to 14 working days (this does not include Saturdays, Sundays and/or holidays)

IMPORTANT: Not all DHL points will accept returns of prepaid label merchandise.


UPS

Returns will not be accepted in the online order store.

From the moment you receive your items, you will have 30 days to return them.

If you wish to return and receive a refund for your online order, you will have to process your return through the return portal, click here


Through the returns portal you will have to:


1-Select the item(s) to be returned.

2-Select the reason or reason why you want to return the item(s).

3-Select "Use prepaid shipping label" as the shipping method.

4-Check that all the information is correct and press send.

5-Finally, click "Print return label" and follow the instructions, which mention that you must print said return label and the delivery note.
6-Finally, take the package to your nearest UPS office*, making sure the items are securely packaged.
