SS22 COLLECTION

The new Spring-Summer 2022 collection maintains the minimalist style but with a relaxed, resort feel for a subtle elegance that seamlessly transitions from the city to the beach. The line only includes the most essential items to curate a selective wardrobe that an individual can add a piece to each season which is unique to that collection but cohesive with the garments from previous collections due to their clean and timeless design.

1.0 Presents our innovative ocean yarn made from plastic bottles collected from the bottom of the ocean through Ecoalf Foundation’s Upcycling the Oceans project. Each item is used to draw attention to the 8 million tonnes of waste that enter our oceans each year.

This is only half of the problem with plastic pollution in our water systems: the other is microplastics. Each year, half a million tonnes of microfibers are released into the ocean simply from washing synthetic materials. Microfibers are a type of microplastics, and this is one of the biggest challenges the fashion industry has to face. This collection presents the 0-Release yarn: a revolutionary yarn that sheds zero microfilaments into the environment.

This sustainable, premium line is not only about fashion, it’s about a lifestyle, the brand’s conviction and core vision. It is born to reshape not only our way of dressing, but also our way of living by merging the latest innovations in sustainability with neutral colors and minimalist forms that you can wear today, tomorrow and for the many years to come.

  • 0-Release Yarn

The 0-Release Yarn  utilizes hydrogen technology to seal all microfibers into the silicone-free yarn and prevent the release of microplastics into our oceans and ecosystems. This hydrogen structure also offers outstanding technical properties: antiviral, extra softness and natural stretch with the perfect combination of tenacity and recovery, all without having to add elastane. Avoids microplastic pollution.

  • Kapok

Kapok is a type of fruit that can be picked from the tree and turned into a soft silky fiber. The tree has a lifespan of 25 years and the organic kapok is mixed with organic cotton to save over 4,000 liters of water per T-shirt.

  • Ocean Yarn

Our Ocean Yarn is spun from recycled plastic bottles collected from the bottom of the ocean through the Upcycling the Oceans project collaborating with more than 3,000 fishermen across Spain, Greece, Italy, and France, having collected over 1,000 tonnes of waste since 2015.Contributes to clean the oceans.

  • Recycled Cashmere

There are only a few regions in the world that can produce cashmere. As more people seek the soft and cozy fiber, the grasslands become over-grazed and barren. To preserve this precious fiber and make the most of our resources, we used recycled cashmere for our spring sweaters.

  • Linen

Linen is a lightweight material, but also one of the strongest fabrics which allows it to last for many years. It is a low-impact material that consumes little water during its cultivation and one hectare of flax can take 3.7 tonnes of CO2 out of the atmosphere.
