The Maka Jacket is made with a 58% recycled polyester (UTO) primary fabric. Relaxed fit. It falls above the knee, and has an adjustable hood and front placket with a zip and buttons. Zip welt pockets and elasticated inner cuffs.

Our recycled polyester “Ocean Yarn” is produced from bottles and other waste collected from the ocean, thanks to the Ecoalf Foundation, whose mission is to clean the oceans of marine debris.
Recycled polyester can come from post-consumer PET bottles or textile waste (production scraps or used garments). Recycling textile waste involves greater complexity in terms of sorting textiles to select suitable materials; however, we are able to close the loop of the circular economy and prevent this waste from ending up in landfills, incinerators, or being downcycled, thereby giving new value to textile waste.
